ACC staff is offering group travel options for youth groups and delegates traveling to/from Kansas City for MennoCon this July. Group travel will include direct flights through Southwest and ground transportation to and from the Baltimore (BWI) and Kansas City (MCI) airports.
Itinerary:
July 3 Flight departs BWI 9:05am, arrives MCI 10:40am
Ground transportation will depart Lancaster area and drop of at BWI. Buses will pick us up at MCI and drop off at KC hotels. This is the only option TO Kansas City
July 7 Flight departs MCI 5:50pm, arrives BWI 9:15pm
Return option 1. Ground transportation will depart KC hotels and drop off at MCI. Buses will pick up at BWI and return to Lancaster area.
July 8 Flight departs MCI 5:15pm, arrives BWI 8:40pm
Return option 2. Ground transportation will depart KC hotels and drop off at MCI. Buses will pick up at BWI and return to Lancaster area.
Cost: Estimated $500-650 per person

Individual signup form
Youth group leaders will complete the group reporting spreadsheet (above) with group & individual details and email it to me by the end of Thursday, March 30 for submission to the travel agent on Friday. These numbers should include everyone who MAY attend. It will be easier to drop a name the following week than to add.
Individual adult delegates may use the individual signup form to submit their information or they can be included on the spreadsheet.
The following week (April 3-7) we should have a final cost once we have flights reserved and ground transportation booked. We’ll share the cost and final plans with leaders & individuals who will then have several days to opt out of plans before payment is due along with ID info for those under 18.
We ask that each congregation provide a single check for everyone attending from that congregation, both youth and any adult delegates.
Flights listed above are not guaranteed but we am working with a travel agent to help plan our travel. I’ll keep those registered updated about any necessary changes.
We will share details and updates with group leaders and adults. Any questions can be emailed directly to Brook Musselman and he’ll send updates to leaders and adults as necessary. Please share this information with delegates attending from your congregation.
