Administrative Assistant – Welsh Mountain Home
Welsh Mountain Home is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant (9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, 25 hours/week) to provide front-office and administrative support in a warm, faith-based, Personal Care Home. This role serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, and guests while supporting daily operations through scheduling, calendar preparation, report generation, invoice processing, supply ordering, and staff scheduling coordination. Pay is $18.00 per hour. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least two years of administrative assistant experience, preferably in a long-term care setting, and strong organizational, communication, and technology skills.
