Director of Major Gifts – Lancaster Mennonite School
Lancaster Mennonite School is hiring a Director of Major Gifts. We are seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for major gift fundraising, someone who is committed to living out their faith within an Anabaptist perspective, and who is passionate about Christian education. The successful candidate will lead and grow major donor fundraising initiatives in alignment with LM’s vision and mission, including upcoming capital campaigns and strategic financial planning, while shaping a culture of ministry through generosity and purposeful philanthropy. A degree and 3-5 years of successful major gift fundraising experience is required, preferably in independent schools, higher education, or faith-based nonprofits.

Residential Hall Advisors – Lancaster Mennonite School
Lancaster Mennonite School is seeking multiple residence hall advisors for the 2025-2026 school year. We are looking for individuals with a global perspective, who enjoy working with high school students, and are responsible for the supervision and leadership of the residence hall and its residents. This position is a live-in position and involves mentoring and building community among residents who come from diverse backgrounds by leading large and small groups for social, spiritual and educational programming. This individual will serve on a team of advisors with a Residence Hall Director. Candidates should have a commitment to Anabaptist/Christian faith and values.

HS/MS Bible Teacher (FT or PT) – Lancaster Mennonite School
Lancaster Mennonite School is hiring a full-time or part-time High School and Middle School (6th-12th grade) Bible Teacher for the 2025-26 school year. We are looking for a dynamic teacher that has a passion for high school students, someone that is committed to living out faith in an Anabaptist perspective, creates a teaching and learning environment that encourages and promotes creativity, inquiry and collaboration, and is culturally competent to teach within a diverse student body. Candidates will provide instruction in such classes as MS Bible, and HS courses: Global Christianity, Kingdom Living and Spiritual Formation for students in Grades 11 and 12. Masters degree in Divinity, Biblical Studies, or related field preferred.

Conference Administrator – Alleghany Mennonite Conference
The Conference Administrator is responsible for working collaboratively to provide administrative support for Conference leadership, manage day-to-day operations of a virtual office, coordinate events, maintain records, handle regular communications, and ensure smooth functioning of Allegheny Mennonite Conference (AMC), a conference of Mennonite Church USA (MCUSA). The Conference Administrator reports directly to the Conference Minister and works closely with the Executive/Leadership Council.
