Associate Pastor of Youth and Young Adult Ministries – Community Mennonite Church of Lancaster
The mission of the Associate Pastor of Youth and Young Adult Ministries is to be the staff member who takes the lead in focusing on the needs of the youth (Jr Youth and Sr Youth) and young adults (up to age 30) of CMCL. This role helps the church live out the vision through programming that incorporates faith-based foci, making connections to CMCL’s core values, and developing vision for youth ministries. This is done working alongside the pastor(s) and other congregational leaders. The Executive Director oversees, manages, and grows the ReUzit on State Thrift Store, a nonprofit business, using best retail, thrift, and organisational development practices and guided by oversight of the Board of Directors. The Executive Director leads a management team, staff, and volunteers to achieve the healthy long-term viability of the store in order to support the mission of Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) to serve those in need both locally and around the world.
