Facilitator: Jill Heine
Do we feel unsettled? How do we navigate change as faith communities? How do we trust ourselves and each other when we experience differing expectations or conflict together? Our webinar offers a starting place when things feel unfamiliar and unpredictable in our church systems and personal relationships.
During this webinar, we aim to educate and strengthen our capacity to connect with ourselves and each other when engaging with differences and uncertainty in a healing-centered way. We will present restorative and sustainable ways and tools to engage. These tools work to create safety, trustworthiness and transparency, peer support, collaboration and mutuality, empowerment, voice, and choice while recognizing and addressing historical harms. Additional training will be offered in the future depending on interest.
Please join us in the work of building community!
