We are looking for individuals with a global perspective, who enjoy working with high school students, and are responsible for the supervision and leadership of the residence hall and its residents. This position is a live-in position and involves mentoring and building community among residents who come from diverse backgrounds by leading large and small groups for social, spiritual and educational programming. This individual will serve on a team of advisors with a Residence Hall Director. Candidates should have a commitment to Anabaptist/Christian faith and values.
