Variety of openings – Lancaster Mennonite School
Band Teacher (grades 4-12) (Immediate Opening)
A degree in Music Education is required. We are looking for a dynamic teacher who has a passion for discipling students, someone who is committed to living out faith in an Anabaptist perspective, and who creates a teaching and learning environment that encourages and promotes creativity, inquiry, and collaboration. Candidates will provide instruction in classes such as MS and HS Band, beginner wind and percussion lessons, and HS music electives.
Elementary Classroom Aide (FT) (Immediate Opening)
We are looking for a dynamic individual that has experience supporting young students and is committed to living out faith in an Anabaptist perspective. The aide will help create a learning environment that encourages and promotes creativity, inquiry, collaboration, and safety, whether in the classroom, outdoors, or in the lunchroom. Applicants should be culturally competent to work within a diverse student body, and be open to ongoing professional development. An associate’s degree or higher is preferred.
HS/MS STEM & Design Teacher (FT) (Immediate Opening)

We are seeking a dynamic teacher who has a passion for working with middle and high school students, is passionate about discipleship through education, and is committed to living out their faith within an Anabaptist perspective. Our faculty create teaching and learning environments that encourage and promote creativity, inquiry, and collaboration, and are culturally competent to teach within a diverse student body. Candidates will provide instruction in classes such as Middle School Design Lab, Introduction to STEM, and Engineering and Design.
Elementary Spanish Immersion Teacher (26-27 School Year)
We are looking for an experienced, fluently bilingual Spanish- and English-speaking elementary educator who has taught elementary students, who is passionate about discipleship through education, and who is committed to living out faith from an Anabaptist perspective.
